Golf Lodge is a substantial family home with multiple bedrooms, including a master suite and several twin rooms. It comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests, making it ideal for golf groups, families, or friends travelling together. Please enquire if your group is larger — we can advise.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — please ask at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

We typically require a minimum stay of 3 nights, with a 7-night minimum during peak periods such as major local golf weeks. Please check with us directly — for quieter periods we may be flexible for shorter stays.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, all beds are made up with fresh linen prior to your arrival, and bath towels are provided for every guest. We also provide a full kitchen with cookware, utensils and appliances. Golf towels are not included.

Absolutely. The house features ample space for equipment in the utility room, multiple twin bedrooms, large communal living areas for evening relaxation, and a big kitchen table for group breakfasts. It has been designed with comfort and camaraderie in mind.

Yes. The property is accessed via private iron gates and has a generous, gated driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles including a 9-seater passenger van — ideal for groups travelling together.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets at Golf Lodge. This policy allows us to maintain the house to the highest standard for all our guests.

Yes, Golf Lodge has high-speed broadband Wi-Fi throughout the property, so you can stay connected, stream matches, or plan your rounds at any time.

Golf Lodge is a private self-catering rental. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped for your use, including a range cooker and large island. For longer stays, mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged at additional cost — please ask when enquiring.

Is the outdoor pizza oven available to use?

Yes — the wood-fired pizza oven on the stone patio is one of the standout features of the Lodge and is available to guests. Instructions and firewood are provided. Please allow around an hour for it to reach temperature.

What payment and deposit terms apply?

A deposit is required to secure your dates, with the balance due prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit is also required for all stays. Full terms, including payment schedule and bank details, are provided in the rental agreement issued upon confirmed enquiry.
